Back Orders

At The Knight Shop, our website features real-time stock information, allowing you to see whether an item is in stock before placing your order.

Occasionally, some products have to be ordered from our trusted suppliers in the UK, Europe or further afield. Whilst we monitor our own warehouse stock in real time, supplier stock levels can sometimes change without notice. This may occasionally result in an item becoming unavailable after your order has been placed.

If this happens, the item will be placed on Back Order.

If your item is placed on back order, we'll contact you—usually within one working day—with an estimated delivery date.

We'll keep you informed of any significant changes and are always happy to provide updates if you need them.

If your order contains both in-stock and back-ordered items, we'll normally dispatch your complete order once the back-ordered item arrives.

In some cases, we may split your order and dispatch the available items first, followed by the back-ordered item when it arrives. If this is appropriate, we'll contact you to discuss the options.

If you'd prefer to receive the in-stock items immediately, we can usually arrange a split delivery for an additional carriage charge. Please contact our sales team for details.

Yes. If the estimated delivery date isn't suitable, you may cancel the back-ordered item before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund.
