We aim to make our return's policy as simple as possible. You can return your item to us for any reason if you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. if the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart, you can return it direct to us. Faulty & Damaged Items
We are sorry if you have received a faulty or damaged item. If this is a case then please call us within 7 days of receiving your order on +44(0)1492 541300 and we will resolve the problem and this cost is totally borne by ourselves. Once again we apologise for the inconvenience.

Unwanted Products
There is no need to worry if you have had a change of heart with your purchase, just please call our customer service team on +44(0)1492 541300 within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of goods. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. We can arrange this for you and we do this at cost, which is £12 per box but if you have any queries please do not hesitate to call us. If you would like to swap your products for a different item then once again this can be arranged for you. Please just call us.

Please ensure that the goods are unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (this also includes the product packaging and instructions.

The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: -
(1) In the event that the product has been used - unless the product is faulty
(2) In the event that the product has been assembled - unless the product is faulty
(3) To any products that we have made or customised specifically for you – this includes our sharpening service.
